the event of death under Personal Accident cover :
- Notice
of death to be given to the insurance company by the legal representative
immediately.
- Submit
all certificates, information and evidence whether from a medical
attendant or otherwise.

the event of bodily injury requiring medical treatment :

In
essence, in the event of a claim, all required documents should be
submitted within fourteen days of the occurrence of the event for
speedy settlement of the claim.
